Every Tripco piece is engraved to order and prepared in our Greenwich studio. While some components arrive pre-made, each item is personalised, finished, and checked by hand before leaving us. Please allow 3–4 business days for your order to be prepared for dispatch.
We ship with Royal Mail for both UK and international orders.
Please note that Next Day Delivery applies from the moment your order is dispatched, not the moment it is placed.
UK: Free delivery on orders over £35. Standard delivery is £3.50.
USA: Free delivery on orders over $150. Standard international delivery is $16.
Europe: Free delivery over €110 / £100. Standard international delivery is €9.50 / £8.
Rest of World: Free delivery over €110 / £100. Standard international delivery is 12£, charged in GBP at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on local postal services, seasonal volumes, and customs processing.
United States: Orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all duties, taxes and import fees are covered by us.
Other Regions: Import duties or taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations.
Returns & Exchanges
Personalised items are created especially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. Once engraved, a piece cannot be restored to its original state or resold, which is why returns are not possible unless a studio error has occurred.
Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned using a courier service suitable for the product type and must include tracking.
